Review
The Wizard's Pen is a wonderful hidden object game with various puzzles to keep you entertained for hours. In the game, you play an apprentice to a wizard who is now missing, and you want to find some clues as to his whereabouts in his sketchbook, but it happens to be blank. However, the wizard’s magic pen can help you fill in the pages and eventually find where he is. The game is divided in two parts: in the first part you try to guess what pictures are on each page of this magical sketchbook, and the second is a classic hidden object game where you have to find the objects on a list before you run out of time. It includes 16 straightforward puzzles and instead of finding the items on a list, the items are missing on the screen and you must click on the appropriate spot to fill it in. There are also 10 potions that give you special powers to help reveal images easier. The graphics and sound effects are great, offering a suitable music. It doesn't have any replayability value because you already know what the items are. I would strongly recommend The Wizard's Pen for puzzle lovers looking for an original and fun game. |
